Gord: Our heating will be solar thermal collection. We'll have the solar thermal collectors be able to do the domestic heating through hydronic and also the hot water heating.

Janaia: You're heating both your space, your building, with what, the floors?

Gord: The floors, yeah.

Janaia: With hot water coming from collectors off the sun, heat of the sun, for your hot water for your washing and so on.

Ann: Yep, we're taking the best of what's available with technology these days. It's amazing, the level of technology.
